Stormie Leoni is one of Los Angeles’s leading real estate agents, having completed more than $50M in transactions. Stormie brings an analytical and quantitative lens to her core real estate markets on the Westside of Los Angeles. Working in a high-profile environment, often with private clientele, has poised Stormie to handle each transaction with discretion and expert negotiation tactics. She performs extensive proprietary research on these markets to understand the value and potential upside of properties she represents. A real estate investor herself, Stormie draws upon long-term investment strategies to guide her clients through sales with their specific financial goals in mind. Stormie is known as a strong and loyal advocate for her clients and grounds her working relationships in trust and transparency.
Prior to launching her career in real estate, Stormie had a career in the entertainment industry working with industry leaders such as Epicenter, Variety, and NBC Universal. She maintains strong ties with industry clients and understands the need for confidentiality in handling transactions for private individuals.
As an alumna of Duke University, Stormie received a global education; her studies took her from Durham to Buenos Aires, Madrid, and London. However, after completing her studies, the allure of LA sunshine and beach days beckoned her home. Stormie is a Santa Monica native and a true lifelong Angeleno. She attended The Center for Early Education and The Buckley School and is intimately acquainted with neighborhoods across the entire city. In her free time, Stormie serves as a co-chair of the Duke Women’s Forum, where she hosts real estate investing classes for her peers. She also volunteers at the West LA Animal shelter where she is a proud foster parent.
