Sabine has had the distinct pleasure of calling Venice her home for 23 years and counting. Whether it’s the oceanfront, secluded walk streets, canals or the famous Abbot Kinney Boulevard – she intimately knows the ins and outs of this inspiring, creative beachside enclave. Born and raised in Germany, Sabine moved to the U.S. at age 17 to pursue her academic career at Andover and Vassar College, and finally fell in love with the creativity, eclecticism and unique lifestyle of Venice. During her first decade here, she owned the notorious art gallery Half a Dozen Rose, where she curated, produced and promoted over 100 local, national and international exhibitions and multi-media events.
For the past 15 years as a broker, Sabine has focused on distinctive architectural properties. A keen listener, problem solver, communicator and diplomatic deal-maker, she’s sold over 100 architectural dream homes, classic-artist compounds and exceptional income properties to a diverse clientele. Sabine has also successfully managed the sales and marketing of several multi-million dollar live/work loft projects throughout Los Angeles. Navigating through all situations with confidence, wisdom, sensitivity and intuition, she’s a dedicated expert at what she does. Sabine is in the business of making dreams come true, and helping clients create positive change, happiness, and exponential wealth in their lives – one real estate transaction at a time.
Sabine’s experience selling both art and architecture, coupled with her sophisticated sense of style and natural ability to understand her client’s individual needs and desires, has offered her a unique skill set to find even the most discerning buyer their perfect home. Fluent in English and German, with a working knowledge of French and Italian, she’s also superbly qualified to help European and international buyers find the right property in Los Angeles.
