Loetta has been in real estate since 2002, beginning her career as an assistant to Gary Gold (Hilton & Hyland) and Loren Judd (at the time was at Westside Estate Agency, WEA), learning the ropers of the industry, before starting on her own in 2005. She has garnered experience working at Keller Williams, Buldog Realtors, and Hilton & Hyland before becoming a Buyer’s Agent at Halton Pardee in 2016.
Originally from Chicago, Loetta studied at Loyola University, receiving her BA in Finance. She worked through college first at the Quaker Oats Company in the Information Services department and later for a market maker at the Chicago Board Options Exchange, intending on becoming a trader. Yet her plans were interrupted by her desire to live around the world and seek new adventures.
She lived and worked in Europe for 4.5 years, across 8 countries and 21 cities bolstering her passion for the world-living and breathing a city — experiencing what it was like to be a citizen of the country she was living in and cultivating her worldly tastes and eclectic, diverse interests.
Loetta lives in Beverly Hills with her town dogs, Ringo Starr and Foxxy Pharrell. She counts determination, persistence, love of Real Estate and her broad background with diverse groups of people as the key tenets to secure the best possible deal for her clients.
