As our Community Relations Manager, Katie is the conduit for creating opportunities where Halton Pardee + Partners can assist our local neighborhoods and charities that we hold so dear to our hearts. Her dedication and enthusiasm are unwavering in fostering relationships to make a positive impact on people’s lives. “I love that Tami and Halton Pardee + Partners are so in line with my vision and passion for giving back,” Katie expressed when she started with us. Her charisma is infectious and has garnered involved support from everyone at Halton Pardee. From organizing beach cleanup days to spearheading relief campaigns; Katie has evolved our non-profit ventures to new heights. Since joining the team, Halton Pardee + Partners crossed the $1 million mark in donations for local charities and is now overseeing our new non-profit foundation, the Life Change Warriors program.
Before her time at HP+P, Katie’s career focus was in the non-profit sector where she was Senior Program Director at both the Culver-Palms and Westchester Family YMCAs. She holds a BA in Psychology and a minor in Education with an emphasis on English from Hamline University in Minnesota. Proudly born and raised in Culver City, Katie is grateful to do what she loves in Southern California. When she’s not changing lives, she enjoys camping, cooking, traveling with her husband and their dog, Theo.
