Amanda came to Halton Pardee with a prior personal experience with us — her mother was one of our clients. We connected so well with Amanda during her mother’s home buying process; the relationship progressed into having her join our team. Transitioning to real estate was a natural step for Amanda as she can combine her savvy communication skills with her love of home design. Prior to joining Halton Pardee, Amanda was in medical research sales for 5 successful years and before that, quickly became versed in the advertising world working for a digital marketing agency.

Growing up around an Emmy award-winning set decorator, Amanda has been exposed to design and home décor since a young age. A native of Southern California, she graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Communications.

Amanda and her wonderful husband, Darius reside on the Westside, with their son, Val. In her free time, you can catch Amanda teaching yoga, urban farming and spending time with her family. She’s got a positive outlook on every situation and can brighten everyone’s day!

Amanda was such a joy to work with. She is extremely friendly and personable, easy to talk to, and above all super organized. As first time home-buyers, we…thought we knew what we wanted out of a house but new absolutely nothing about the process. Amanda was always extremely responsive (texts and email responses at all hours), quickly honed in on what style we were looking for and was flexible as we change directions a few times. She also laid out the process for us with dated spreadsheets with what events to expect on what days which was super helpful. She was an amazing go-between with the seller/sellers agent to get us all the info we needed on our new home. She also has and extremely accurate sixth sense about what a property will end up selling or, what initial offer price to come in at, and what to counter with. Amanda is a truly special agent and impressed us so much. She was so helpful at every single step along the way. I felt she repeatedly went above…and beyond in her work, listened to us fully, negotiated hard and well, and worked very quickly. Probably her best skill is her communication - I repeatedly heard from many people along the way what a good job she did at communicating with them (other agents, the escrow companies, the lenders, etc) and we felt this the same way. I believe it went so seamless in large part because of her. She also kept the process positive the whole way through - there are times through the journey of selling and buying a house hard, but she managed to stay with us and communicate through and keep it as a positive experience. She just managed so much for us it made buying a house a lot easier than it usually is. I’d recommend her as a buying agent to everyone and using her every time in future. The expanded team at Halton Pardee was also awesome. Overall a 10/10 experience.

Amanda, was so patient and kind with our housing journey. From the onset she provided information on home buying so we could be better informed. She created an…excel sheet to keep track of all the homes we were looking at, she went to open houses with us and was always cheerful and positive. Amanda did a superb job as our buyers agent. She was knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely cared. During the house hunt phase, she sourced several pocket listings for us…and was always available and on time for viewings. We viewed about 10 houses with her. We eventually found a house we liked and made an offer. Amanda was excellent during the bidding phase and helped us navigate the purchase agreement and contingencies. When our offer was accepted, she continued to guide us through the negotiations and inspections. This was our first purchase and we were blown away with her professionalism and level of service.
